When I ask people what they had for dinner they most likely say chicken, beef, fish etc however no one mentions all the preservatives that come with the food? I think we should because we are consuming them.
I grew up in Africa and our food was organic and 2 years after moving abroad I started having problems with my tummy. Every time I visit Africa I eat literally everything but when I come back to my home I become selective. Well I never used to take note of preservatives until I developed food sensitivities. I figured out that I was sensitive to the artificial sugars and processed foods. After that I decided to take charge of what goes into this body as well as my family.
I understand busy lifestyles have made us now so dependent on other people for the food that goes into our bellies. However, there is a way around this I would be sharing these great tips from Vanessa Romero in future. Visit her site www.vanessaromero.yourinspirationathome.com.au
When I go to buy bread all I want is bread and not the preservatives that go with it. If I can’t get that I make my own bread.

So today on the blog I have Vanessa Romero from
We were in my kitchen being taught how to make quick healthy food using natural spices. I would be sharing a number of posts in the coming week or so about food let me know which areas you are interested in. They all have to do with natural products, money and take into consideration time constraints.
